Where do you get your information on the ever changing Real Estate industry?

The biggest question that I get all the time is “Where do you get your information on the ever changing Real Estate industry?”. Well, the answer to that question is real simple. Since I am ensconced in the Real Estate industry, that information surrounds me all day long. Whether it is the changes like FHA allowing for lenders to determine what credit scores they will lend under or the USDA changing the maximum income level that an applicant can make in a given year, I am in touch with the sources that I need to get this information. Whether it is the new appraisal guidelines that FHA require or the state changes for some Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements, I am once again in touch with the resources that I need to get this information from.

Now most of you wonder how one stays in touch with resources like that. Well, frankly, that is a very easy question to answer. Blog Networks versus Single User Platforms

Over the last year and a half I have been blogging my ass off to get to where I am today. I can remember the first few post that I wrote and then I look at what I write today. Being the owner of 9 different blog sites is not the big of a deal when I know people that manage way more than that. With that said, I have learned a lot about the difference of being in a blog network versus being out in the blog-o-sphere all by yourself. In this post, I will try to convey my thoughts on the differences of the two and why I maintain a blog site in both.

First, lets talk about what I love about my outside blog. The freedom to create the layout that I want is the first and foremost upside to me. Having the ability to control the look and feel is great. On top of that, I love the freedom and ability to load all the widgets and gadgets that I need and want and do not have to worry about what the webmaster thinks. All in all, I control my destiny. With that said, that is about where the pros end at. Everything is up to you to drive readers to your site.

This is where the blog networks kick ass. Most of the blog networks limit what I mention about and that in itself sucks. But, where they excel is in helping to bring in extra readers. This single fact sets them apart from any other type of blogging platform. Now, with that said, imagine have a blogging platform that can offer both of these things in one setting. If I could get additional traffic and have access to the look and fell and load in what I need in the side bar, then that would be the ticket.

So, let me tell you of three brand new blogging networks that have the multi-user platform and allows for you to have some major part in the look and feel of your blog. If you get a chance then swing by and check them out today.
