Welcome to The Mortgage and More Blog. This website has been around for, in website time, a very long time. Danny Thornton developed the website while he was still in the mortgage business but has since moved on to designing, developing and maintaining single and multi user websites. As a matter of fact, Danny and Rich are my designers and technical people. Since Danny is no longer maintaining this site and it has a lot of wonderful information on it, I have decided to take up where he left off.  I have been in the lending field for over 25 years and use my lending understanding and mortgage knowledge for the benefit of my clients. I will also be posting fun things like restaurant reviews and local points of interest at various times. I may even get Danny and Rich to guest post for the blog.

I also think that an informed borrower can better handle the stress of the mortgage application process.
