Pets have RIGHTs too.

Author: Yesterday I wrote that Voting on People’s RIGHTS just ain’t RIGHT. Today I come to you on a similar issue. The problem with this issue is that these pets have no way to fight back or defend themselves. Last night I was laying in bed watching TV when the commercial below came on the channel. I have to tell you as the owner of five wonderful dogs, it was hard for me to go to sleep last night. This has weighed heavily on my heart and has given me teary eyes one time to many.
So, before I play this video, let me state this. Before you mistreat another pet, think. Before you raise a hand to another harmless animal, think. Once you have thought about it and you still need to hit something, then please come find me and let’s just see how big you really are. It takes a coward to do what has been done to these animals and it sickens me to know that people like this even exist.
Please be warned, this is not an easy video to take.

It is a shame that some people feel they have to prove their superiority over animals. In reality, these people are lower than dirt!!!

I agree that these abusers are beyond cowardly. It really speaks to their low self esteem and lack of any moral compass that they feel this is acceptable behavior. This behavior is completely unacceptable and these people should definitely be in prison.

Danny – if they come looking for you just let me know. I’d like them to find me too. I have something very special for them … JUST for them. If there was a race for the lowest form of life, the worst scum sucking being … it would be an animal abuser, a child abuser and an abuser of the elderly … all in a tie for first place. And they should ALL get just what they dish out … ten fold. This commercial makes me cry every time it’s on. And Sarah McLaughlan (*sic) singing …

IO’ve seen this commercial. It is such a shame. The sad expressions on these poor animals. I would just love to take them all in.

I am so glad that you wrote about this. I really don’t understand why people treat their pets the way they do. There are so many different options they can choose from if they aren’t able to care for them. I am a Plano Realtor and have a 5 year old yorkie. She is my baby. She goes everywhere with me. I couldn’t imagine it any other way

Sarah, the first issue with people that treat animals like this is the fact that they only care about themselves and no one else. The second issue is, they are a piece of shit.
