I have to say when I first saw this story, I was amazed. Dolphins are extraordinary species as it is but to see them accomplish this is just more than I can comprehend. I can sit and watch the Dolphin Bubbles all day if I could get away with it. I have to say that if you have yet to witness this phenomenon, then you are missing out on something that is just going to floor you. I have had the opportunity to swim with this marvelous animals and that actually pales in comparison to this extraordinary ability.

This new trick seems to be flourishing in the female dolphins more than it does in the male ones at this point and time. Most people seem to think that it has to do with the males being more captivated with socializing with each other and the females seem to be more off on their own. I think it is truly amazing to watch on of the dolphins chase the bubble ring down to the bottom of the tank as well. It is very exciting see how small that they can get the bubble ring before they actually burst it. All in all, I would definitely tell you that you need to watch this.

A few weeks ago, I fielded a few questions from readers on the differences between a multi user site versus a single user blog platform. After carefully thinking about this, I decided that i would address this in a post for all to see. But before I get into this post, let me make this very clear. I am very much for both types of sites if you are blogging for business. If you are blogging for fun, then stick to free sites like what blogger and wordpress.com can provide you with. As for the multi users, if you can find free ones like The Wordless Blog or Neighborhood Expert Online, then these type of sites have an advantage over the other free ones as well. So, lets take a look at the big differences.

MU sites are based in a network where you can generally ave a social relation with other members. WordPress and Blogger both have their networks, but it has limited access to how you can communicate with others on that network. Layouts are also usually limited in the single user fields where as in the MU, if the layout is not already in the system, you can usually request it to be added. MU’s typically have a restriction on them as to what widgets can be added and most admins of MU restrict the adding of all widgets to a member of their staff. This protects the MU database from attacks.

I used to love to play pool. I started playing when I was about 18 and I could never get enough. I would go down to the local Billiards hall every night when I first moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I can remember nights that my game was so on that I would stay on the table for hours. The more and more that I played, the better that I got. Once I was in the league, I got better and better as I started learning more about the game itself. It was at this time that I started dating. The dating thing seemed to get in the way of the billiards thing, so I had to give one of them up. I guess you can figure out which one happened.

Over the years, mortgages have been a hot topic. Since 2006, they have been a very HOT topic. With that said, your mortgage can be your friend or your enemy. The decision is really in your hands. Mortgages can be acquired through many different avenues. Federal Housing Administration, better known as FHA, offers mortgages to people. The mortgage is back by the Federal Government through the Mortgage Insurance that is captured on all of their loans. This money is funneled into an account and used to fund the new loans. These loans do not cost the tax payers any money. They are the largest insurer of mortgages in the world. The Veterans Administration also offers military personnel a mortgage as well. USDA Rural Development mortgages are available to applicants that are looking to buy properties that are eligible for this program. The last mortgage to mention would be the Conventional mortgage. These are loans that are NOT backed by the federal government.

With the knowledge of the types of mortgages out there, your loan officer should be able to help you in picking the one that is right for you. In the long run, it is your decision as to what the final loan product will be. if you are not comfortable with the terms that are laid out in the financing, then you need to speak up before you sign the final paper work.

Over the last year or so, I have maintained my blogger site known as The Mortgage and More Blog. As of last night, I decided that blogger could no longer provide me with what I wanted. I have worked hard to maintain this blog and after 371 post, I was not ready to call it quits. So, I decided that I would take the domain name, all the articles, all the comments, and go play somewhere else. As of this morning, my site is once again active and running. However, this time it is based on the wordpress platform and currently being hosted on host monster.

I am so much more keen to the look and feel of the wordpress themes as opposed to the blogger themes. With that said, I am more impressed that the site just seems to function so much better on the new platform.
